The quiet weightlessness of diving put my mind at ease and required me to be fully present. Capturing the beauty at depth, under the pressure of only the water embracing me, became my escape to spiritually rejuvenate. It’s become a privilege to share that tranquility with others.
UPCYCLED BUOY ART
During a much-anticipated dive trip that I ultimately could only snorkel, I was encouraged by my guide to try painting scenes on old buoys. Not only does it provide art as therapy for my brain, it’s also a small way to continue to contribute as an Ambassador for the Inland Ocean Coalition while healing.
